We are grateful to Sarah Elizabeth Charles for including WHEELS students in her songwriting for Babylon Beyond Borders. Check out this interview with Ms. Charles about this project on Hollywood SOAPBOX! The process began back in November with this, and after a second visit to WHEELS last month Sarah Elizabeth Charles finished composing a couple of songs with input from our students. She performed the songs this past week at a concert at Harlem Stage, which included a WHEELS senior performing with her on stage, and in the Babylon Beyond Borders livestream performance.
