Our Spring Concert last Tuesday was the best one yet! We are very proud of all of the 6th-12th graders who performed, and thankful to all of those who came out to show their support!

Our elementary music teacher, Mr. Martin Urbach, and one of our ninth graders presented at the NYCoRE Conference this weekend. They talked about how music helps students grow as leaders, and taught other educators about how they can use music in their classrooms!

Our 5th annual Spring Concert will be Tuesday, March 24th at 6pm in the WHEELS auditorium. The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature our 60+ band students, plus dancers!

We are grateful to all the donors and supporters that have helped to make our music program successful. We are still growing and are always exploring new ways to give as many students as possible the excellent music education they deserve. Fifteen WHEELS students auditioned for Camp MSM today! Some of these students also performed at Jazz at Lincoln Center this weekend. Needless to say, it's been a busy (and fun) weekend.
